Exchanges & Returns

A return is a scheme provided by the respective sellers directly under this policy in terms of which the option of exchange, replacement and/ or refund is offered by the respective sellers to you. All products listed under a particular category may not have the same returns policy. For all products, the policy on the product page shall prevail over the general returns policy. is liable to accept returns/exchanges (requested within 7 days from the date of goods received by the customer in the following case: 

1.  The item was defective

2.  The item was damaged during the Shipping

3. The products were missing

4. The wrong item was received

Return Policy Terms

We encourage our customer to review the listing before making a purchase decision. In case the customer orders a wrong item, the customer shall not be entitled to any return/refund. The customer needs to raise the refund request within 7 days from the date of goods received. Once the customer has raised a return request by contacting, or by calling us at our respective numbers, any of the following options can be taken:
•  Replace after shipment collection has agreed that the replacement will be made only after the returned goods is obtained by the logistics team of
•  Refund without shipment collection has agreed to refund the buyer before obtaining the returned product.
•  Refund in Cash
If accepts the return request raised by the customer, the customer will have to return the product and only then will the refund made to the buyer.

The expenses acquired during the shipment of returned and/or replacement product like transportation cost, courier charge and all other charges would be the responsibility of the buyer.

Refund Process

    1. Once the customer raises the refund request within 7 days from the date of goods received, we will ask with customer for ‘Reason for return’. We are liable to accept return request only if the reason for return is either due to item was defective or the item was damaged during shipping or the products were missing or the wrong items were sent by Us.

    2. When the customer provides us with reason, we will inspect whether the given reason is valid or not.

    3. The customer will be informed about the "approval" or "rejection" of the replacement request.

    4. If reason is valid, the customer shall be required to return the product to the and only after the return of the product shall Raeela be obliged to provide the replacement product to the customer.

    5. In case the replacement product is not available, raeela will provide a refund to the customer and customer shall be obligated to accept the refund for the replacement.
